Is closed to eastbound traffic at Blue Canyon /at Blue Canyon Rd/ (Placer Co) from 2300 hrs each night to 1200 hrs each afternoon Monday thru Friday thru 7/17/26 - Due to construction - Motorists are advised to use an alternate route Eastbound traffic is no longer reduced to 1 lane 2.8 mi east of Truckee (Nevada Co) at 1652 hrs on 7/14/26 All westbound trucks are required to stop at the brake check area 0.5 mi west of Nyack (Placer Co) - To reduced the risk of brake fires
