Our Team
We're a team of skiers, scientists, and engineers from institutions including UC Berkeley, SpaceX, DoorDash, C3 AI, and more. We've developed models bridging the physical and digital worlds; mapping and routing systems scaled across continents; and consumer UIs used by hundreds of millions of people. We're excited to focus our efforts on improving the sport we all love.
From the Founder
Hi, I'm Richard, CEO/Founder of SnowSignals. I built SnowSignals out of my love for and frustration with skiing. Too many days I've found myself saying "why are conditions so bad?" or "how did that guy know to go over there?".
Fed up with my poor snow-finding, I decided to build SnowSignals — the world's first snow conditions forecast.
SnowSignals has helped me have more fun in the mountain, and I hope it can do the same for you.
